What do I need to do in order to hold the date?
To reserve the Atrium or Banquet Room, a signed contract and a 50% room deposit is required.  The final 50% deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit is due 60 days before your event. The $500 refundable security deposit is returned to you after the event if there is no damage to the premises.

To reserve the catering, Food in Bloom Catering requires a signed contract and a $500 non refundable  deposit.  95% of the total catering bill is due 10 days before the event and the balance due is billed after the event. All deposits are non refundable.

What equipment is included in my facility rental?
An assortment of round, rectangular & cabaret tables & chairs are included in your rental of The Atrium at Montgomery Park. Dreaming about a heart-shaped table for your wedding? Any number of specialty tables are available as an additional rental. Staging, lighting, floral & room decor options are also available.

Is setup and cleanup time included in my rental?
Yes.

Do I need to provide extra insurance to rent your facility?
You will need to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with an Endorsement 60 days before your event.  If we do receive the Certificate 60 days before the event, we will automatically cover you under our in-house insurance and deduct the cost of $125 from your security deposit.

What happens if I have to cancel my event?
All deposits are non refundable.

Where can guests park for my event?
Montgomery Park has 400 on-site parking spaces available.

May I use a different caterer than the one provided on your list?
No. Food in Bloom Catering is the exclusive caterer at Montgomery Park.  Clients may not provide their own food and beverage or hire an outside catering company.

May I provide my own alcohol?
Yes, you may provide your own wine, champagne and beer but it must be served by our licensed bartenders and corkage fees will apply. Cocktails are provided and served by the caterer.

Do you provide AV equipment?
A podium and microphone with built in sound system is available in The Banquet Room.

For the Atrium, we have a list of reliable audio visual companies that are familiar with the space that you may contact directly for your AV needs. 

Does Food in Bloom make wedding cakes?
Though we make all of our desserts in house, wedding cakes are something we leave up to those that specialize in wedding cakes. We have a list of bakers who we have worked with and would be happy to recommend. We will cut and serve your cake at no additional cost.

 When do I need to give Food in Bloom the final guest count?
The final count is due 5 business days prior to the event. Any changes after that date are subject to a surcharge.

Who will be on site the day of my event?
Your event planner will be on site, as well as a lead server who will be in charge of all staff and day of event details.
